Our client is a leading global designer and manufacturer of specialised
production equipment serving the semiconductor industry. It employs 77
people at its modern facility near Cambridge and now seeks to recruit
a Team Leader/Project Engineer - Development to join the current engineering
department.
Suitable candidates will hold an Engineering Degree (electrical discipline) and have a minimum of 5 years experience in the design of control systems (both hardware and software) for special purpose production or research equipment, ideally involving toxic chemicals, preferably with a background in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
A minimum of one years experience in man management
Good working knowledge of the following EU directives: Machinery, LVD, EMC, Atex and PED Experience of E-Plan, AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Visio for design work and MS Project, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Word for planning/presentation/reporting.
