In order to maintain and surpass their current levels of build quality in the electronic assembly department, they need an enthusiastic individual to assist with line quality assurance, operative training and work analysis.

This is a hand’s on post, which will involve assisting in the day to day running of the assembly department. You must have had previous experience of effective people management and a "right first time mentality". Consequently applicants will need to have a good working knowledge of; electronic and mechanical assembly techniques, quality assurance and work analysis.

Applicants will need to be able of apply and use these skills in order to help others, get it right every time. Ideally you will hold an ONC or equivalent qualification in a appropriate discipline, be computer literate (conversant with MS Office) and have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
