Our Client is seeking to recruit an experienced Field Based Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in instrumentation sales into major accounts in the Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial markets. Have a minimum of 3 years experience, including sales of Signal Analysis products.

The chosen candidate will form part of a well established and experienced team and will have the overall responsibility of increasing sales by identifying new customers and developing existing accounts.

Operating in the UK market, the candidate will generate and act on sales opportunities and assist with preparing bids and tenders.
It is important that the successful candidate is a qualified or experienced engineer with the ability to relate to technical matters.

Product training will be given, but you must have a minimum of 3 years proven sales track record with the technical sales arena, backed up with excellent experience in planning, presentation and closing deals.

You will need to be self-motivated and organised, with the ability to self-manage and liaise at all levels. You will be responsible for Prospecting, Forecasting, Quotations, Contract Negotiations and Account Management.
