They are now looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual with a proven track record to enable rapid growth within current markets. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Production Engineers, Commercial Engineers and Programmers.

Main tasks will be as follows:
Co-ordinating Production Engineering to achieve timely and effective programming.
Timely and effective production/purchase of tooling.
Co-ordination of Productive resources to achieve efficient, timely production of first batches in conjunction with the Cell Leaders.
Facilitate improvement programmes on existing work/methods.
Identify and recommend any Capital Expenditure required to assist the function of Production Engineering.
