As
an Employment Bureaux, we are required to take
up references on you.We may record and store
any telephone calls you have with our Recruiters
for record keeping and quality control purposes.We
may undertake credit references, and other lawful
checks, where requested to do so by a client
organisation. We need your help to ensure that
the data we hold is as accurate and up-to-date
as possible.
To achieve this we ask you to update your profile
regularly and at minimum at least every 6 months.
We are reliant on you supplying us with a factually
accurate and complete picture of you and your
requirements. Your personal data will be stored
in our database, in our UK based data processing
centre.We may pass on your personal details
to: other companies in the same group to assist
you in finding you work; to regulators, lawyers
or auditors for regulatory, legal and audit
reasons; to any referee whose details are provided
to us by you.
Client's can register for our services by telephone,
fax or email. We will vet prospective clients
for creditworthiness, trading history and any
other pertinent factors. We
will not forward your details to our clients
without discussing the client and the relevant
opportunity with you first, and then getting
your consent to us forwarding your details to
them.
