This is a complete recruitment service covering all aspects from initial briefing to the presentation of a fully screened shortlist of suitable candidates. A detailed job description and candidate specification is prepared by our consultant following the client briefing.

Objective, unbiased advice is given on the most appropriate media for advertising whether national, local or trade which, after client agreement, is implemented.

The consultant assesses the response, interviews the most suitable candidate and after careful consideration submits a shortlist. Client interviews are then arranged and the selected candidate appointed.
